Safety Is Our Top Priority

Safety isn’t just about protecting our crews. It directly protects your property, your tenants, and your liability exposure.

Lower Risk of Claims

Structured training, documented safety meetings, and fall-protection protocols reduce the likelihood of jobsite accidents, minimizing potential workers’ comp claims, third-party liability issues, and insurance complications tied to your property.

Fewer Disruptions to Tenants

Disciplined crews follow site-specific hazard plans, keeping work zones controlled and organized. That means fewer safety incidents, fewer shutdowns, and less tenant disturbance during active projects.

Compliance & Documentation

With documented weekly toolbox talks and formal safety oversight, you have clear records demonstrating that proper safety standards were followed — valuable for audits, insurance reviews, and board reporting.

No Customer Is Left Out in the Rain

For more than 35 years, ADCO has supported commercial and multi-family properties through Southern California’s most demanding conditions—without missing deadlines or abandoning clients.

1994
Northridge Earthquake

Conducted no-cost inspections on affected roofing systems and delivered detailed condition reports to assist with insurance claims and scope documentation.

1998

Guaranteed 36-hour emergency response for established clients. Crews worked seven days a week, often 12–14 hour shifts, to prevent further water intrusion and protect assets.

2004–2005 Record Rainfall

Maintained scheduled projects while responding to active leak calls, keeping properties operational during sustained storms.

2008–2009
Recession

Continued servicing and maintaining client portfolios despite market contraction, preserving roof assets and long-term budgets.
